Commercially this role will include the financial management of projects, negotiating and agreeing contracts for everything connected with Quartzelec Swansea.
The responsibility of Contracts Manager includes working closely with the Sales Team to win new business, explore new avenues of activity and to seek out opportunities to help Quartzelec develop and grow.
Overall, the role means fully supporting the Business Manager to grow the business, drive high standards of work and continuous improvement in Safety, Quality, Cost control and Delivery.
