We are looking to recruit for a role where the right person will lead all sales effort and bids within the Hydro Power industry sector. Ideally being based in the UK the successful applicant will have the opportunity to travel both within the UK and overseas.

Key Responsibilities & Accountability

• Account management of all Hydro customers.
• Be main point of contact for all customer enquiries within the Hydro & Renewables Sector
• Sell the complete range of Quartzelec Products and Service capabilities to Hydro & Renewables market customers
• Responsible for Market and Customer development within the Hydro & Renewables industry
• Visit Hydro Customers both in UK/Ireland and overseas as and when required to ensure the Hydro industry sector pipeline is in place for future works
• Visit other customers located near to Hydro Power sites where possible
• Take lead/ownership of the bid process for all Hydro Power market works
• Update the CRM system with all relevant information from customer visits and project updates. Be main point of contact for any Hydro Power enquires that come from other business units

Qualifications, Experience & Personal Attributes

• Demonstrable experience working within the Hydro and Renewable industry
• An Engineering Background
• A Working knowledge of rotating machines
• Ability to assist and input into the tendering process
• Good understanding of technical drawings and rotating machine design features.
• Available to travel both within the UK and Internationally when required.
