Overvoltage Protection Units

The Current Transformer Overvoltage Protection Unit (CTOP) consists of three identical voltage clamping circuits mounted on a printed circuit board. Each circuit is designed to clip the output voltage of an attached current transformer to a maximum of 400 V, in the event of a fault.
